- Setting up your salonA list of what's still needed before clients can book: treatments, team, hours, payments, your page. What's done is ticked off automatically.
- Switching and importingMoving treatments, clients, appointments, history and reviews over from your old software.
- Creating or changing a treatmentA treatment has a name, a category, a price, a duration and a buffer. The duration is the time with the client; the buffer is the time after it to tidy up or prepare, which the calendar keeps free but the client doesn't see. Also: a photo (optional; it then shows with the treatment on your mini website and in the booking screen, and without a photo nothing shows), who does it, extras and finishes, a calendar colour, a deposit, a from-price and whether it can be booked online.
- TeamWho works here, what they do and when
- Who does this treatmentPer treatment you choose which team members do it. Only they can be booked online for it, and in the booking screen they come first.
- Schedule and working hoursWho works when: per day, or as a fixed weekly pattern that carries on. Per day you can also mark someone as off, and choose which treatments someone does that day.
- Your booking page and mini siteThe page where clients book online. Every salon can set its logo and colour; the menu, header photo and own fonts (the site builder) are in Pro, or separately as an add-on.
- Connecting a payment providerConnecting your own account with a payment provider so clients can pay online. Which one depends on the country: Stripe in most countries, Sentoo on Aruba, Curaçao, Bonaire and Sint Maarten, PayTabs in the Gulf states, Egypt and Morocco, Paystack in four African countries, Mopé in Suriname.
- RemindersThe automatic reminder on or off
