Own domain and direct booking link
Your mini website on your own domain, like yoursalon.com, instead of only on your NOZAIA address. Your NOZAIA address keeps working. The same screen has the Book directly link, which opens the booking window straight away.
Where to find it
How it works
- Enter your domain under Your own domain (without https and www, like yoursalon.com) and tap Connect.
- One or two DNS records appear (type, name, value).
- Add them where you bought the domain (GoDaddy, TransIP, Namecheap, ...) under DNS settings; if there's already an A record or CNAME with the same name, replace it.
- It can take up to a few hours; tap Check again.
- When it says Active it works; NOZAIA handles the padlock (https) by itself.
- You can disconnect on the same screen.
- The Book directly link below is handy for your Instagram bio, WhatsApp or a QR code.
Good to know
- Team members need the permission “Business settings”. The owner sets this under Settings → Team → Roles and permissions.
If something doesn't work
It says connecting own domains isn't switched on yet.
Then it isn't ready yet on NOZAIA's side. Create a report and the support team will switch it on.
It keeps saying Waiting for your DNS.
Check that the records are exactly as shown on the screen at your domain provider, and that no old A record or CNAME with the same name remains. Then wait a few hours and tap Check again.
This domain is already connected to another salon.
A domain can only belong to one salon. If it's yours, create a report.
