Getting started
Getting started
Setting up your salon, switching from your old system and finding your way around NOZAIA.
Setting up your salon
A list of what's still needed before clients can book: treatments, team, hours, payments, your page. What's done is ticked off automatically.
Switching and importing
Moving treatments, clients, appointments, history and reviews over from your old software.
Importing client photos
Moving client photos over in one go, from your old system or your phone. NOZAIA puts every photo on the right client card, with the date from the photo itself, and skips photos that are already there.
Today
The start page after logging in: tiles with your revenue over the last seven days, new bookings (since yesterday, online or by the salon), upcoming appointments, activity, open requests, your best team member and most popular treatments, and NOZAIA AI for questions about your own numbers. A business that does events or rentals gets its own tiles for those.
Finding a setting
Everything that isn't in your menu bar, in four tabs with cards and a search field on top. You only see what your role allows and what fits your type of business.
NOZAIA Support and reports
Support answers questions about the software. If it can't, you send a report; it reaches NOZAIA with the screen attached, and you see the answer back in the same panel.
Guides (Learn Center)
A guide for every NOZAIA feature at nozaia.com/learn: what it is, where to find it, the steps, real screenshots and what to do if it doesn't work. The same explanation Support knows.
Dashboard language
The language of your screen, Dutch or English. What your clients see is separate: they choose their own language.
General
The salon name and logo, whether the salon is online, the address and whether you work at a fixed location or at the client's, and the time zone. Only the owner can open this screen. Your own email address, password and Face ID are under Your account.
Type of business
What you do, and which features your dashboard has because of it
Your salon is set to inactive
NOZAIA sets a salon to inactive when nothing has happened for more than two weeks. Your details are kept; you just cannot work in NOZAIA until the salon is active again.
