Switching and importing
Moving treatments, clients, appointments, history and reviews over from your old software.

How it works
- The fastest way to bring in your treatments is Smart import: paste the address of your old booking page or take photos of your price list, and check everything before it is created.
- The rest goes with a CSV or Excel file from your old system, in this order: treatments, clients, upcoming appointments, and then history and reviews if you like.
- That way every appointment finds its treatment and client.
- Clients get no email, and importing again creates no duplicates (except history: import that once).
- Duplicate client cards are pointed out on the clients screen.
- The How does it work? button explains per type which file you need.

In NOZAIA, open Support at the bottom of the sidebar (on your phone: in the menu under your name). It knows which screen you're on, and if it can't help, your question goes to our team.
