CalendarYour appointments per day, per 3 days, per week or as a list; your choice is remembered. The day view has a column per team member, the week and 3-day views a column per day. Filter by team member at the top.
Booking an appointment for a clientScheduling an appointment from the calendar: choose client, treatment, team member, time, and optionally repeat.
Opening an appointmentThe screen for one appointment: client, treatments, status, checkout, rescheduling, cancelling and no-show.- Blocked time and time offRecord a break, training, meeting or time off so nothing can be booked in it. A whole day off (type Time off, six hours or more) shows as a bar at the top of the day in the team member's colour.
- Calendar coloursEach appointment is a solid block in one colour, with white or dark text, whichever reads best. The colour comes from the treatment, otherwise its category, otherwise the team member. Completed appointments are faded; a request has a dashed border.
- Calendar on your phoneYour appointments in your iPhone, Google or Outlook calendar, through a subscription link. Your phone's calendar fetches them itself, usually every hour, so a change isn't there to the second.
- Closed daysDays the whole business is closed, such as public holidays, a renovation or Christmas. No one can book online then, with any team member. Time off or a holiday for one person doesn't go here but in the calendar as blocked time.
WaitlistClients waiting for a spot to open up. When someone cancels, NOZAIA automatically offers that time to the first matching client on the waitlist; the client accepts or declines.- Smart times: Fewer gaps and No gapsWhich start times clients see online. Fewer gaps hides times that leave a gap shorter than your shortest treatment. No gaps only shows times directly next to another appointment or the start or end of the day. In the calendar you can always pick any time yourself.
- How short notice and how far aheadTwo limits for online booking: how short notice is still allowed, and how far ahead (a week to a year, or as far as they like). They only apply online; in your own calendar you keep scheduling as usual.
