Type of business

What you do, and which features your dashboard has because of it
Wo du es findest
Wo du es findestSettings → Business setup → Type of business
So funktioniert es
- Tick everything you offer: if you're a hairdresser who also does lashes, tick both.
- Your dashboard adapts and gets the matching parts (for example consent, records or design requests).
- What you switch off disappears from view but the data is kept.
- With a medical part on, fill in your country's legal retention period: while it runs, a client with a treatment can't be deleted.
Gut zu wissen
- Teammitglieder brauchen die Berechtigung „Business settings“. Die Inhaberin oder der Inhaber legt das unter Settings → Team → Roles and permissions fest (die App ist auf Englisch).
Wenn etwas nicht klappt
A screen or button a colleague has is missing for me.
That may be a part switched off for your salon (Settings → Business setup → Type of business), or a permission your role doesn't have (Settings → Team → Roles and permissions).
Passende Anleitungen
- Setting up your salonA list of what's still needed before clients can book: treatments, team, hours, payments, your page. What's done is ticked off automatically.
- Switching and importingMoving treatments, clients, appointments, history and reviews over from your old software.
- Importing client photosMoving client photos over in one go, from your old system or your phone. NOZAIA puts every photo on the right client card, with the date from the photo itself, and skips photos that are already there.
- TodayThe start page after logging in: tiles with your revenue over the last seven days, new bookings (since yesterday, online or by the salon), upcoming appointments, activity, open requests, your best team member and most popular treatments, and NOZAIA AI for questions about your own numbers. A business that does events or rentals gets its own tiles for those.
