NOZAIA sets a salon to inactive when nothing has happened for more than two weeks. Your details are kept; you just cannot work in NOZAIA until the salon is active again.

- Send support a message on the screen with what you need.
- NOZAIA gets a notification straight away and makes your salon active again if you want to continue.
- You can also log out there.
