Deposit received and the coin in the calendar

Diese Anleitung ist auf Englisch.

In the calendar you see at a glance whether something has been paid. A white circle with coins next to the confirmed circle: the deposit is in, the rest not yet. A card: everything is paid. A note sheet: the appointment has a note. If a deposit came in outside NOZAIA, for example by bank transfer or in cash, you record it yourself on the appointment.

Wo du es findest

In NOZAIA öffnen

So funktioniert es

  1. Open the appointment in the calendar, tap the three dots (More actions) and choose Deposit received.
  2. Enter the amount, choose how they paid (Bank transfer, Cash or Other) and tap Save.
  3. The block in the calendar gets the coin, an appointment that was still pending becomes confirmed, and at Check out the deposit comes off the total (the Already paid line).
  4. An online deposit when booking is added automatically; you don't need to record it.

Gut zu wissen

  • Teammitglieder brauchen die Berechtigung „Checkout“. Die Inhaberin oder der Inhaber legt das unter Settings → Team → Roles and permissions fest (die App ist auf Englisch).

Wenn etwas nicht klappt

Deposit received is greyed out in the menu.

Something has already been paid for this visit, or the appointment is completed or cancelled. A second amount goes through Check out.

It says: That is more than this visit costs.

The deposit can't be higher than the price of the services. Check the amount (25 instead of 250?), or first change the price of the appointment.

I see a card instead of coins.

The card means everything is paid, not just a deposit. The coins only show while only a deposit is in.
