Booking together and rooms
Per treatment you choose whether clients can book it for several people at once (up to 4), like a couples massage: each person with their own team member, at the same time. And per treatment in which rooms it can take place (a couples room with 2 places, for example): clients then only see times when there's space.

How it works
- Under Book together choose One person at a time or Up to 2, 3 or 4 people together.
- Under Rooms tick where it can take place, or add a new room with its number of places.
- On the booking page the client then chooses how many people and only sees times when enough team members are free at once.
- Each person gets their own appointment in the calendar, with the name the client entered; the deposit applies per person, and whoever books gets one confirmation and pays once.
- NOZAIA picks a room with a free place for each appointment by itself; it shows in the appointment panel.
- Clients can also join the waitlist for more people.
Good to know
- Team members need the permission “Services and prices”. The owner sets this under Settings → Team → Roles and permissions.
If something doesn't work
Clients see no times at all for two people.
Enough team members who do this treatment (Who does this treatment) must be free at the same time, and if you chose rooms, enough places in those rooms. Check that at least two team members are switched on and work at the same time according to the schedule.

Pick one or pick several, and optionally required. Each choice has its own price, its own extra time and who does it. The client picks them when booking online, and at the desk you pick them in the booking panel. What's already booked keeps the price of that moment.
- Surcharges and discounts (price rules)Rules that adjust the price automatically: a surcharge in the evening or at weekends, or a discount on a quiet part of the day. A fixed amount or a percentage, on chosen days and times, optionally only with certain team members, treatments or only online. The client sees the surcharge when choosing a time. Per rule you choose whether it counts towards commission and whether it is included in a refund.
