Comment ça marche
- Everything clients write about you in one place: average score, count, how many you answered, per platform (NOZAIA, Google or your previous system), and the reviews still waiting for a reply.
- NOZAIA AI can summarise your reviews: what clients appreciate, what could be better, what's mentioned often (costs 3 AI credits; names aren't shared).
- Under All reviews you filter by stars, platform, reply and whether they show on your booking page, and choose which are visible.
