Your own text and subject in client emails

Diese Anleitung ist auf Englisch.

Per email (confirmation, reminder, rescheduled, cancellation, invoice, ...) your own subject line, heading, text at the top and at the bottom. With pieces NOZAIA fills in per client, such as the first name, date and time.

So funktioniert es

  1. Settings → Marketing and messages → Client emails, tap an email.
  2. Type your text and tap the buttons below it to place a piece where your cursor is: your salon's name, the client's first name, date and time of the appointment, team member's name, treatment, your salon's phone number and the link to the appointment (the last four only in emails about an appointment; the invoice number only on the invoice).
  3. The pieces are shown in the language of your app, like {first_name} or {voornaam}; both work.
  4. Below it you see what the client reads.
  5. If something between braces isn't known to NOZAIA, a red notice appears: it will be in the email exactly like that.
  6. Send me a test email sends you the email itself.
  7. Leaving it empty gives the default text in the client's language.

Wenn etwas nicht klappt

The email literally shows something between braces, like {personeel} or {number}.

NOZAIA doesn't know that piece, or that email can't fill it in. Remove it and add the right piece with the buttons below the field; the red notice then disappears too.

The buttons put Dutch words into my English text.

Since 17 October 2026 the pieces are in the language of your app. Refresh the page. Old Dutch pieces are shown in English automatically and both work.
