What your clients can use to pay
Where to find it
Where to find itSettings → Payments → Payment methods
How it works
- Tick how clients pay you (cash, card, credit card and so on); only what's ticked appears on the checkout screen.
- Pick at least one.
- At the bottom add your own method, such as a voucher from a deals site, a punch card or on account.
- Removing is possible; earlier payments keep the name.
If something doesn't work
A payment method is missing at checkout.
Tick it under Settings → Payments → Payment methods, or add it at the bottom as your own method.

Which one depends on the country: Stripe in most countries, Sentoo on Aruba, Curaçao, Bonaire and Sint Maarten, PayTabs in the Gulf states, Egypt and Morocco, Paystack in four African countries, Mopé in Suriname.

Still stuck?
In NOZAIA, open Support at the bottom of the sidebar (on your phone: in the menu under your name). It knows which screen you're on, and if it can't help, your question goes to our team.
