Charge to room
Diese Anleitung ist auf Englisch.
For a salon inside a hotel: on the room bill, with a daily overview for reception
Wo du es findest
Wo du es findestSettings → Payments → Charge to room
So funktioniert es
- For a spa or salon in a hotel.
- Switch Charge to room on: the booking window and the desk get the option to charge to the room, with a field for the room number.
- Fill in the hotel name, the reception's email address and the time: every day reception gets an overview of what's on which room.
- Sending it now is possible too.
- Reception adds it to the room bill themselves; a direct link with the hotel system comes later.
Gut zu wissen
- Teammitglieder brauchen die Berechtigung „Business settings“. Die Inhaberin oder der Inhaber legt das unter Settings → Team → Roles and permissions fest (die App ist auf Englisch).

- Connecting a payment providerConnecting your own account with a payment provider so clients can pay online. Which one depends on the country: Stripe in most countries, Sentoo on Aruba, Curaçao, Bonaire and Sint Maarten, PayTabs in the Gulf states, Egypt and Morocco, Paystack in four African countries, Mopé in Suriname.
