Moving appointments from your calendar
Diese Anleitung ist auf Englisch.
Move your appointments from Apple Calendar, Google Calendar or Outlook into NOZAIA as real appointments, with client and service. NOZAIA reads the name you gave the appointment and suggests the service and the client: for Nicole Steggerda Carnival Make-Up, Carnival Make-Up is already chosen and Nicole Steggerda as the client. A new client gets a client profile straight away.

So funktioniert es
- Go to Settings, Import and choose Move appointments from your calendar (or via Other calendar in NOZAIA, Move as real appointments).
- Paste the link to your calendar (Apple: Calendar app on your iPhone, Calendars, the i next to your calendar, turn on Public Calendar, Share Link) or choose an .ics file (Mac: Calendar, File, Export), and tap Get appointments.
- You see every appointment from now on with date, time and name.
- Choose the service for each appointment and check the client; a suggestion is already there.
- If the service is not in NOZAIA yet, choose + New service at the bottom of the list: the name from the appointment is already filled in, and the service is created when you move them, with the length of the appointment (add the price afterwards in Catalog).
- A client who is not there yet gets a client profile when you move them.
- Are there abbreviations in your calendar (like eybt)? Choose the service on one appointment: NOZAIA fills it in on every appointment with that same word, with the rest of the name as the client.
- With more team members, choose whose appointments they are.
- Untick what you don't want to move and tap Move appointments.
- Clients don't get a confirmation.
Gut zu wissen
- Teammitglieder brauchen die Berechtigung „Business settings“. Die Inhaberin oder der Inhaber legt das unter Settings → Team → Roles and permissions fest (die App ist auf Englisch).
Wenn etwas nicht klappt
There is no suggestion for my appointment.
A suggestion only appears if the name of a service in NOZAIA (or most of its words) is in the appointment name. Then choose the service yourself from the list, or create it with + New service. NOZAIA only suggests a client name if there is also a service in it, or if the client already exists.
Past appointments don't come along.
Only appointments from now on are moved, just like the other imports. Old appointments as history go through Import with a file.
Is the appointment now doubled, as busy time and as an appointment?
No. If the same calendar is also linked under Other calendar in NOZAIA, NOZAIA removes the busy time of a moved appointment on the next round (within fifteen minutes, or straight away with Fetch now).
