Calendar: sidebar, team photos and overview bar
How the calendar looks. The sidebar on the left shows names by default; the tab on its edge makes it narrow. Above each day you see the team with photos; without a photo you see the initial. At the bottom sits the overview bar: Appointment, Blocked time and List, with the week's appointments, unique clients and treatment time, and the expected revenue for anyone allowed to see reports. The date picker has chips: In 1 week to In 5 weeks, and with More up to a year ahead.
Where to find it
How it works
- Calendar, the view button (Week, Day, 3 days, List).
- Below the views is Show in the calendar with two switches: Team photos (for the whole salon; the photo itself is set under Settings → Team → profile) and Overview bar (for this device; the tab above the bar does the same).
- Team photos is also under Settings → Planning → Calendar view.
- If someone works alone, there is no team above the days and no switch for it.
Good to know
- Team members need the permission “Calendar”. The owner sets this under Settings → Team → Roles and permissions.
If something doesn't work
I see no photos above the days, only letters.
That team member has no photo yet: add it under Settings → Team, tap the name, Choose photo. If there is a photo, check that Team photos is on in the calendar's view menu. If you work alone, there is deliberately no team above the days.

Still stuck?
In NOZAIA, open Support at the bottom of the sidebar (on your phone: in the menu under your name). It knows which screen you're on, and if it can't help, your question goes to our team.
