Connecting accounting software (QuickBooks, Twinfield)

Two ways to get your numbers to your accountant. Free on every plan: the export as CSV or Excel, with per line the date, client, service, revenue, VAT, payment method, commission and net. As an add-on: the Accounting connection, which sends every sale, invoice and VAT line to your accounting software automatically, such as QuickBooks or Twinfield. It costs 15 euros a month per location in the eurozone (proportionally in other regions) and works with every plan.

How it works

  1. The export: Money → Invoices → Export, or Money → Finances → Options, then CSV or Excel (.xlsx).
  2. Under Options you tick which columns to include.
  3. You can't switch the connection on yourself at Settings → Subscription yet: we build it per accounting package as soon as a salon asks for it.
  4. Request it via Support (at the bottom of the sidebar) or info@nozaia.nl and tell us which package you use.
  5. The first salon with a new accounting package pays no build cost.
  6. We switch the add-on on as soon as the connection works for you.

If something doesn't work

My accounting software doesn't read the CSV file correctly.

Most packages ask which column is what when importing (date, amount, VAT); match them once and save it as a template. If that doesn't work, use the Excel version, or request the Accounting connection so you don't have to import anything anymore.
