Choosing a custom period in the calendar
On every screen with figures or a list over a period, besides the fixed periods (this month, last month, this year, ...) you can choose a custom period: in the calendar you tap the first and the last day, and the screen shows exactly those days straight away.
Where to find it
How it works
- In the Period list choose Custom period (on Expenses it is at the bottom of the list of months).
- The calendar opens: tap the first day and then the last day.
- If the second day you tap is before the first, it becomes the start.
- Tapping the same day twice gives one day.
- Both days are included.
- The button then shows the period, for example 3 Oct – 21 Oct 2026; tap it to change it.
- This works on Reports, Finances, Payment methods, Invoices and Expenses, and in Events: Report, Rentals → Planning and the availability on the overview.
- Except on Expenses and the availability on the overview, the period is in the web address: refreshing, going back or sharing the link keeps it.
- Days count in your salon's time zone.
If something doesn't work
I can't choose a custom period on the VAT overview.
The VAT overview goes by quarter, just like the return. VAT over a custom period is under Invoices: choose Custom period and then Export → Tax per rate (CSV).
On Expenses I can't go back further than a year.
Expenses loads the receipts and revenue of the past year, so the calendar doesn't start earlier. For older revenue use Reports or Finances with a custom period.

Still stuck?
In NOZAIA, open Support at the bottom of the sidebar (on your phone: in the menu under your name). It knows which screen you're on, and if it can't help, your question goes to our team.
