New client stop
Diese Anleitung ist auf Englisch.
Regular clients keep booking, new clients join a list
Wo du es findest
Wo du es findestSettings → Online → New client stop
So funktioniert es
- Switch it on for the whole salon, per team member who is fully booked, or per treatment (for example only brow shaping): new clients then see that treatment marked Existing clients only and cannot book it.
- Regular clients (anyone on your client list) keep booking online: they tap I'm already a client, log in with their email address or Face ID and book as usual.
- New clients see your own text (or the standard text) and can join the list for new clients.
- With a stop for the whole salon they also can't send a request or join the waiting list.
- That list is at the bottom: mark someone Contacted or Done, or remove them.
- In the calendar you can always book anyone yourself.
Gut zu wissen
- Teammitglieder brauchen die Berechtigung „Business settings“. Die Inhaberin oder der Inhaber legt das unter Settings → Team → Roles and permissions fest (die App ist auf Englisch).
