So funktioniert es

1. Create the forms clients sign before a treatment, with a title and a text; an example is ready.
2. Changing a text creates a new version: what was already signed stays exactly as signed.
3. Tick on a treatment that it needs a signed form: the client then gets a link in her confirmation and reminder to read and sign the form at home on her phone.
4. The signed copy lands on her client card and the warning in the calendar disappears.
5. Booked earlier? Copy the signing link in the appointment panel and send it yourself.
6. Signing in the salon still works too.
7. Only visible if your type of business needs it (for example tattoo, PMU or injectables).

Gut zu wissen

• Teammitglieder brauchen die Berechtigung „Business settings“. Die Inhaberin oder der Inhaber legt das unter Settings → Team → Roles and permissions fest (die App ist auf Englisch).
• Nur wenn „Signed consent“ für dein Geschäft eingeschaltet ist, unter Settings → Business setup → Type of business.

• Clients and the client cardAll your clients, each with a card: details, appointments, invoices, notes, photos, allergies and consents.
• Folders on the client cardOn the client card, notes are always open at the top. Allergies, patch tests, lash advice, forms, consents, batch numbers and files sit below as folders you tap open. The salon chooses which folders show, for the whole team. You can also put Total spent on the card: how much this client has paid you in total. It then shows with the figures at the top.
• Requests and consultationsClients first send their wishes with photos, for example for permanent make-up or a tattoo. You send a quote with price, duration and deposit, and schedule the appointment once the client agrees.
• What your client sees (client portal)At nozaia.com/my (the old address /mijn works too) your client logs in with their email or Face ID. An overview shows their own appointments and invoices, and they can reschedule, cancel and book again. Booking while logged in works without re-entering their details. If they visit more salons it's all under one account, but each salon only sees its own client card. Even when you as a salon owner log in to the client portal, you only see your own appointments as a client there, not those of your clients.
