Clients and the client card

Cómo funciona

1. Sidebar → Clients → Clients, or via the menu bar.
2. Search for a client, or add one.
3. Tap a client for the client card: details, appointments and history, invoices, notes, labels, photos, allergies (only with the client's consent) and, depending on your type of business, signed forms, records and batch numbers.
4. At the top are the name, number, email address and, on the right, the labels; in the header ⋯ (send an email, edit details, block, delete).
5. Below that the buttons Call, Message, WhatsApp, Email and Book appointment, and the figures: number of appointments, last visit (with how long ago) and, if the salon switches it on, Total spent.
6. Then the tabs Overview, Appointments, Sales, Items, Notes and Details, which you swipe sideways.
7. On Overview: the next or most recent appointment with See all, Client information with Edit, the notes with Add note, and the folders as tiles (see Folders on the client card).
8. From the card you book an appointment, call, WhatsApp or email, or help a client who wants to see or erase their data.

Conviene saber

• Los miembros del equipo necesitan el permiso “Clients”. El propietario lo configura en Settings → Team → Roles and permissions (la app está en inglés).

• Folders on the client cardOn the client card, notes are always open at the top. Allergies, patch tests, lash advice, forms, consents, batch numbers and files sit below as folders you tap open. The salon chooses which folders show, for the whole team. You can also put Total spent on the card: how much this client has paid you in total. It then shows with the figures at the top.
• Requests and consultationsClients first send their wishes with photos, for example for permanent make-up or a tattoo. You send a quote with price, duration and deposit, and schedule the appointment once the client agrees.
• What your client sees (client portal)At nozaia.com/my (the old address /mijn works too) your client logs in with their email or Face ID. An overview shows their own appointments and invoices, and they can reschedule, cancel and book again. Booking while logged in works without re-entering their details. If they visit more salons it's all under one account, but each salon only sees its own client card. Even when you as a salon owner log in to the client portal, you only see your own appointments as a client there, not those of your clients.
• Your salon as an app and push notifications for clientsClients add your salon as its own app on their home screen, with your name and logo. It opens on their client portal. With notifications on they get a reminder the day before and 2 hours before, a message when you confirm, move or cancel the appointment, and an instant notification for a waitlist offer or payment request. Campaigns only if they agreed to marketing.
