Folders on the client card

On the client card, notes are always open at the top. Allergies, patch tests, lash advice, forms, consents, batch numbers and files sit below as folders you tap open. The salon chooses which folders show, for the whole team. You can also put Total spent on the card: how much this client has paid you in total. It then shows with the figures at the top.

So funktioniert es
- Open a client card and tap Manage folders below the folders.
- Tick which folders show on the client card and whether Total spent should be there, then tap Done.
- A folder you switch off disappears from the whole card, including the menu at the bottom.
- It applies to your whole team straight away.
- Only people who may manage settings see Manage folders.
- A folder for a part that's switched off (forms, for example) appears by itself once you switch that part on.
Gut zu wissen
- Teammitglieder brauchen die Berechtigung „Clients“. Die Inhaberin oder der Inhaber legt das unter Settings → Team → Roles and permissions fest (die App ist auf Englisch).
Wenn etwas nicht klappt
I no longer see patch tests (or another section) on the client card.
They're now a folder below the notes; tap it to open. If the folder isn't there at all, it was hidden under Manage folders. Someone who may manage settings can tick it again there.
