Who, what and when in a report
In the reports you see everything per row: under Appointments the date, the time (from when to when), the client, the team member, the service, the status, whether it was paid (Paid, Deposit paid or Unpaid) and the price. Under By payment method there is a total per method; tap a method to see which client paid, when, for which service and for which appointment. On the phone every row is a card, with the client and the amount at the top.
Where to find it
How it works
- Open Reports and pick a report.
- If it is grouped (like By payment method), tap a row to expand it and again to close it.
- More columns, like Payment method, Phone, Email, Note or Booked on, you turn on with the gear on the left of the bar.
- With Filters, Payment, Unpaid you see which appointments still need to be paid.
- An Excel export of a grouped report has a second sheet Rows with every single row.
- Times are in your salon's time zone.
Good to know
- Team members need the permission “Reporting”. The owner sets this under Settings → Team → Roles and permissions.
If something doesn't work
I only see the name and the price.
The report is grouped, for example by client. Tap a row to see the single appointments, or choose Individual rows under Group by at the gear.
A payment has no appointment.
That is a separate sale without an appointment, for example a product or a gift card. Then Appointment and Appointment time stay empty.
