Invoices and VAT

The VAT rate is set per treatment and product, and fixed on the invoice at checkout. If you change a rate later, an old invoice doesn't change. The quarterly overview is at Reports → VAT.

Cómo funciona
- Invoices: Sidebar → Money → Invoices.
- Every payment gets an invoice automatically; tap a row to open the PDF.
- A refund creates a credit note.
- The standard rate, your country, currency and bank details are set under Settings → Business setup → Tax; the rate per treatment on the treatment.
- The quarterly VAT overview is under Sidebar → Reports → VAT.
