Filters in reports

Above every report there is a bar with three buttons: the gear for columns and grouping, Filters, and the period. With Filters you only show what you are looking for, for example the completed appointments of one team member, only new clients, or only clients with a certain tag. Key figures, chart, table and the export all use the filtered rows.

Where to find it

Where to find itThis isn't a screen of its own in NOZAIA.

How it works

  1. Open a report from Reports and tap Filters.
  2. A window opens with a block per subject: Team member, Category, Service, Channel, Appointment type, Cancellation reason, Appointment status, Client tags and Client group (on sales also Payment method, on products Product).
  3. Tap a block to expand it and tick what you want to see; within a block each ticked option counts, across blocks everything must match.
  4. Under Appointment type you choose All appointments or First ever appointments.
  5. Tap Apply.
  6. The button then shows for example Filters: 2 applied; the cross removes them all at once, and Clear filters in the window turns everything off.
  7. Your filters are kept until you change them, and go along in the export (PDF, Excel, CSV) and with Save as custom report.

If something doesn't work

A team member or service is missing from the filter.

The options in a block come from the rows in the chosen period: anyone who did nothing in that period is not listed. Choose a longer period. Status and Cancellation reason always show all options. First ever appointment counts an appointment if the client never had a non-cancelled appointment before.

In Fresha I could filter by location, where is that?

A salon in NOZAIA is one location, so there is nothing to filter by location. All other Fresha filters are there.

My report is empty after filtering.

No row matches all filters at once. Turn off a filter (tap Clear on a block) or pick another period. The cross on the Filters button removes everything at once.
