Where to find it
How it works
- Open Reports and pick a report.
- At the top you choose the period (Stock and value and Clients who stopped coming are about right now).
- With the gear you choose columns and how to group, for example by day of week or by hour; tap a group to see the single rows.
- With Filters you show only what you need.
- Through Options you download the report as PDF, Excel or CSV, or save it as your own report.
- Profit and loss reads top to bottom: total received, of which tips, revenue, tax, expenses and what is left.
Good to know
- Team members need the permission “Reporting”. The owner sets this under Settings → Team → Roles and permissions.
If something doesn't work
I don't see a report in the list.
Which reports you see depends on your permissions. Money reports need Reporting, Hours worked needs Hours, Stock and value needs Stock. Ask the owner to change your role under Team, Roles.
The result in Profit and loss is negative.
The result is revenue excluding tax minus refunds and expenses in the same period. If a big expense like rent falls in a short period, it can be negative. Choose a longer period, for example this month or this year.
