Cómo funciona

1. The list of who you hire: catering, dj, flowers, lighting.
2. Create one with New supplier, with contact details and what they provide.
3. On an event you link a supplier with what they provide there, the agreed cost and a deadline, and tick Paid when that is the case.
4. Archiving removes a supplier from the pick list without losing the links.

Conviene saber

• Los miembros del equipo necesitan el permiso “Events”. El propietario lo configura en Settings → Team → Roles and permissions (la app está en inglés).
