So funktioniert es
- The list of who you hire: catering, dj, flowers, lighting.
- Create one with New supplier, with contact details and what they provide.
- On an event you link a supplier with what they provide there, the agreed cost and a deadline, and tick Paid when that is the case.
- Archiving removes a supplier from the pick list without losing the links.
Gut zu wissen
- Teammitglieder brauchen die Berechtigung „Events“. Die Inhaberin oder der Inhaber legt das unter Settings → Team → Roles and permissions fest (die App ist auf Englisch).
