How it works
- Set the default payment schedule (for example 25% on acceptance, the rest 14 days ahead), the default terms under every new quote and how many days a quote stays valid.
- At the bottom you create contract templates as text with placeholders like {klant} and {evenement}; on an event you turn one into a document with one tap that the client can accept via a link.
Good to know
- Team members need the permission “Business settings”. The owner sets this under Settings → Team → Roles and permissions.
