Comment ça marche

1. Under Planning you see per day or week what is delivered and collected; filter by driver or type.
2. At the top is what still needs planning (reserved without a delivery, or delivered without a pickup).
3. On a run you tick off the packing list and set the step: packed, dispatched, delivered (with who received it), or for a pickup: dispatched, collected, back in.
4. Then an inspection is ready: count what came back and what is damaged, add costs and photos, and choose Inspection done.
5. Settle (payments permission) withholds from the deposit, charges the rest as a damage instalment or waives it; nothing is charged automatically.

Bon à savoir

• Les membres de l’équipe ont besoin de l’autorisation « Events ». Le propriétaire la règle dans Settings → Team → Roles and permissions (l’app est en anglais).
