So funktioniert es

1. At the top is the link to your inquiry form (/yourbusiness/evenement) to put on your site or in your bio.
2. What comes in there shows here as New.
3. Open an inquiry to assign it, set a follow-up date and add notes.
4. Convert to event creates the event and, if there is none yet, the client card.
5. With New inquiry you note what someone asked by phone.

Gut zu wissen

• Teammitglieder brauchen die Berechtigung „Events“. Die Inhaberin oder der Inhaber legt das unter Settings → Team → Roles and permissions fest (die App ist auf Englisch).
