Students and enrolments
Diese Anleitung ist auf Englisch.
Who is on which date, what they pay and how it stands. A student is simply a client of your business: their courses sit alongside their appointments, so you never enter anyone twice.

So funktioniert es
- Academy, Students.
- Each row is one enrolment on a date.
- Tap the name to open the client card with their whole history.
- If a date is full, nobody else can join: put that client on the course waitlist and they are told automatically when a place frees up.
- Removing someone deletes nothing; the row stays as cancelled and the place frees up.
Pakete ansehen

- Academy: selling coursesYour own courses, masterclasses and trainings alongside your treatments. A course has dates with a number of places, sometimes several teaching days, and students you mark off and give a certificate.
- Courses and datesWhat you offer, and when. You create a course once and add the dates separately. A course you teach four times a year is one course with four dates, not the same course four times.
- Marking attendanceMark who was there, per teaching day. Present, late, absent or excused. Nothing tapped means not marked yet, which is different from absent.
- Models for a courseFor lashes, PMU, hair and skin, students practise on real people. Here you keep track per date of how many models you need and who has confirmed. A model does not have to be a client of yours; often it is someone the student knows.
