Certificates
Proof in a student's name for whoever completed the course, with a code anyone can check. The course name, the instructor and your business are copied as they were at that moment, so the document stays correct if anything changes later.

How it works
- Academy, Certificates.
- Design your certificate lets you set how it looks: layout, colours, your logo, the wording and who signs it, with the sheet in view as you go.
- You issue a certificate once you mark a student as completed; that is your decision and not a count's, because enough attendance does not mean they passed.
- Each certificate has a sixteen-character code.
- Someone checking it only sees the name, the course, your business name, the date and whether it is still valid.
- A revoked certificate stays and shows that it was revoked.
Good to know
- Team members need the permission “Academy”. The owner sets this under Settings → Team → Roles and permissions.
- Whether this is included depends on your plan. See plans

- Courses and datesWhat you offer, and when. You create a course once and add the dates separately. A course you teach four times a year is one course with four dates, not the same course four times.
- Students and enrolmentsWho is on which date, what they pay and how it stands. A student is simply a client of your business: their courses sit alongside their appointments, so you never enter anyone twice.
- Marking attendanceMark who was there, per teaching day. Present, late, absent or excused. Nothing tapped means not marked yet, which is different from absent.
