- Cancelling
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests can be made up to 24 hours before your appointment.
For cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24 hours before the appointment, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. - No-shows
- If you do not attend your appointment without prior notice, a 100% fee of the scheduled service will apply.
- Arriving late
- Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or, if the appointment can no longer be completed, may be considered a late cancellation.
Terms and conditions
Cancelling within 24 hours of your appointment is not allowed. A 50% fee your appointment of will be charged for cancellations within 24 hours. No shows will be charged a 100% fee of your appointment. 15 minutes late without notice = no show
