Subencargados

Estas empresas ayudan a NOZAIA a hacer funcionar la plataforma y pueden tratar datos de los salones y su clientela. Cada una está obligada por un contrato que protege los datos al menos tan bien como nuestro acuerdo de encargo del tratamiento. Anunciamos cada nuevo subencargado con al menos 30 días de antelación, aquí y por correo a los salones.
Los datos de cada subencargado están en inglés, como en el acuerdo de encargo del tratamiento.
Supabase
- Empresa: Supabase, Inc. (United States)
- Para qué: Database, file storage and sign-in: all salon and client data is stored here.
- Dónde están los datos: European Union (Frankfurt, Germany)
- Garantía: Data stored in the EU. Support access from the US under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Vercel
- Empresa: Vercel Inc. (United States)
- Para qué: Hosting of the website, the dashboard and the server functions.
- Dónde están los datos: European Union (Frankfurt, Germany); static pages via a worldwide network
- Garantía: EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Resend
- Empresa: Resend, Inc. (United States)
- Para qué: Sending emails: booking confirmations, reminders and the salon's own campaigns.
- Dónde están los datos: European Union (Ireland)
- Garantía: Emails are sent from the EU region. EU Standard Contractual Clauses for support access.
Anthropic
- Empresa: Anthropic, PBC (United States)
- Para qué: The AI features (NOZAIA AI in the dashboard, ZIA on the salon page, the switch-over scan). Only the data needed for one answer is sent, only when someone uses the feature.

- Garantía: EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Not used to train models under Anthropic's commercial terms.
- Cuándo: Only when the salon or its clients use an AI feature.
Stripe
- Empresa: Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Ireland)
- Para qué: The salon's NOZAIA subscription. For payments by clients, the salon has its own contract with Stripe (Stripe Connect); Stripe is then not a sub-processor of NOZAIA but a party the salon chose.

Servicios de pago que elige el propio salón
Para los pagos de la clientela, un salón conecta su propia cuenta en un servicio de pago. El salón tiene su propio contrato con ese servicio, así que no son subencargados de NOZAIA. NOZAIA solo envía lo necesario para iniciar un pago.
